Not the cheapest place to go to, but the price isn't too bad. This place is tucked inside the Fairmount hotel at Whistler. Portobello is kind of like an upgraded cafe; the choices are nutritious, and the food is pretty fresh and on point.
I got a red bell pepper panini served with the curried cauliflower chickpea salad. Much yum, much yum.
