Whistler: Mongolie Grill

When I heard that my parents wanted to go here for a friend's birthday, I was worried that the place would be too hot (especially since Whistler was 30 C aka 86 F).

However, it was nice and air conditioned. I actually started feeling cold.
Like any other Mongolian grill, you pile up your ingredients in a bowl, add sauce, and then give it to a cook who will fry your meal into deliciousness. I used panang curry as my sauce :P

I also ordered a Canadian Shirley Temple. I'm surprised that they included Mocktails in their menu; usually, I have to ask for drinks with no alcohol. They serve American and Canadian Shirley Temple too (which I never knew about). Apparently, the Canadian version includes orange juice while the American version doesn't.

My friend's birthday ice cream! There was fudge in the middle :P None of us could finish it because we were so full, lol.
