One day, I was very lonely...and decided to do some shopping at Lougheed Mall because I was hungry.
I didn't realize that Safeway had vegan sausages and cheese like Whole Foods did. Now, whenever I visit Canada, I can just stop by here for my goods. Both the sausage and mozzarella cheese are tofu based. They were less oily and pretty authentic. I topped off my spaghetti with some vegetables in the garden.
