Here is my humble lunch...which was about $3 since I used my $4 off coupon, HEHEH. It's basically hummus and vegetables with cheese crackers. What I like about this is that it comes with two containers of hummus :D Sometimes, I don't get enough hummus, and I end up eating vegetables without anything :'(
Vegetables include: cucumbers, olives, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, red bell peppers
