Nibbana is in downtown Bellevue. I've only been here twice; it's a good thai place. I can'tsay that there's anything special, except for the pad thai options...they have a classic pad thai and a country styled pad thai. I haven't ordered both to know the difference.
The dishes we ordered were pretty standard. At every thai place my family goes to, at least someone orders a noodle dish, pad thqi, curry, and fried rice. I got the pumpkin curry :P I loooooove pumpkins and squash; when they're thoroughly cooked, it just melts into your mouth. It makes the curry nice and creamy.
