Vancouver, Redmond, Woodinville: My Brother's Birthday

A new Cow Chips branch in Redmond opened. The moment Sankiupo messaged me about it, I knew I had to go.

While Pokemon hunting, he and our friends got hungry...so we ordered the Bull Chip, which is the largest size. It's about 7 inches in diameter? Mmmhmmmm <3 I prefer my cookies crispy, but gooey is okay too I guess. I wish they cooked mine to be super crispy.

I've never been to Plaza Garcia, nor have I eaten in Woodinville often since it's a place that's out of the way, but I actually want to come back here. The portions are ginormous and filling, and the price is pretty okay regarding the portion of the dish.

There's a relatively new place in the Microsoft Commons called Boardwalk, which features farm-to-table food. It's a really hipster place, and a good place for a snack. However, if you're really starving and you don't want to spend, this is really not thy place for you. The food is superb, but it's quite expensive... And the portions are small.

Some of the items below are between $4-10+, and none of it is really filling. Still, quality is definitely there.

A newGarlic Crush opened in Redmond, and I love Mediterranean food :) hummus is one of my best friends.

This place is good. For $7-10, you can have a big plate of food or a big wrap (basically the equivalent size of a subway sandwich but better). Definitely a place that I'm coming back to.

I had to go back to Canada for business, so we ate at Brown's Social House in White Rock. I'm surprised that I've never tried this place despite the multiple locations. I was pretty impressed with the food, although it's on the pricier side.

For Sankiupo's birthday, we went to Gyukaku, which is a Japanese BBQ. I'm happy to see an updated menu with more vegetarian items :) this place is so much fun because you just grill and chill with friends, and everything can be cheap if you choose the right stuff.

There's a ramen place in Metrotown called Kawawa, which was pretty okay. Although I've had better ramen (better ingredients, more flavorful broth, and better quality noodles), the portion is humorous and the price isn't so bad here. I kind of wish that I ordered the cold noodles, because it was really hot that day.
