It's good to see friends again. Aahh....
The s'mores frap and strawberries and crème frap from Starbucks during Happy Hour. But man...that s'mores was so sweet, bleh. I advise drinking it with coffee to help tone down the sweetness.
We headed to Seoul Garden in downtown Bellevue for dinner; this is our default hangout, haha. To change it up a bit, I got green bean pancakes and a vegetable bibimbap. What I like about this place is that sometimes the servers are attentive towards extra side dishes; sometimes, you don't even have to ask :)
The pancakes were quite interesting. It was kind of like a typical Korean pancake, but the texture included that creamy "bean-like" texture, if you know what I mean. Although there are three pancakes, they're a bit large -- about the size of a large apple (but flat, of course)?
The bibimbap was same old, same old. :P Delish <3 This one wasn't too oily, which I think is a common mistake for many bibimbaps. If it's too oily, it gets pretty gross when you finish. Although the oil is so the rice doesn't stick, the miso soup (that is usually provided, but you can use tea or tofu soup) is meant to prevent that from happening once you get to that point. Crunchy rice also tastes good :P
