Richmond Night Market: Candied Strawberries

Though these sweeties are overpriced (just like every other food item at the Richmond Night Market, honestly), their glistening sugar coating and popularity around the night market sparked my curiosity. At $4, it was a good temporary splurge for a late night snack. The strawberries were surprisingly warm and soft, bringing out the natural sweetness of the fruit even though the strawberries were doused in sugar. Be cautious - the sugar coating can cut :/
